The purpose of me establishing this sight is to make sure that "Our Heroes" The Policemen and women Firefighters and rescue workers who did so much at the Twin Towers on 9/11 get paid and don't get stiffed like the thousands of Fen/Phen users who were represented by the Lawfirm of Napoli Kaiser & Bern.Almost 10,000 people who used this firm signed settlement papers and didn't get their checks.They had to sue again and a clinton appointed Judge named Laura Taylor swain threw the case out on a technicality
that was, hidden clauses in their retainer agreements giving up their right to sue in court making the victims have to go to arbitration.Now this same lawfirm going by the name of Worby Napoli and Bern is the lead firm in signning up "Our Heroes".Hillary according to Mayor Bloombergs Office is in charge of the fund and Napoli is a major contributer and fund raiser for the Clinton for President campaign and moveon.org.In any event someone is protecting this lawfirm.A federal judge named Harvey Bartle sent a federal order number 2640 to the bar for sanctions against his (Napoli's)licence but the chief councel there Thomas Cahill keeps losing the paperwork.That order talked about his running a fake clinic so he Napoli or his firm now Worby Napoli & Bern bleed the fund dry with fake claims while telling people with real injuries they are out of money.You cops rescue workers & fire fighters won't be paid just like the Fen/Phen victims.Please have an attorney look at your retainer agreement to see if you can get out.If you can't your stuck.
